Should you wish, your Toastmaster will be able to help you plan your special day by providing helpful advice and information gained from the experience of attending many Weddings. On the day the I will provide a dignified authority discharged with an appropriate sense of humour enabling the Bride and Bridegroom, as well parents, to relax and enjoy themselves in the knowledge that all arrangements are being well managed.

  • Organise the ‘taking of wine’ if required
  • Seating arrangements

  • Preside over the Cake Cutting ceremony

  • Announce and co-ordinate the speeches and toasts

  • Close the formal proceedings

  • Escort the Bride & Bridegroom from the top table
