After nearly 40 years in the International moving business, the last 5 of which were as Managing Director of a well known and respected company, Ted Prior took early retirement to fulfil a life long ambition - to be a Toastmaster, Master of Ceremonies and After Dinner Speaker aspiring to achieve the highest standards. Throughout his life, Ted has taken a keen interest in the theatre, writing, performing and directing plays and sketches. In his career he has travelled extensively and attended many conventions, gala dinners and banquets throughout the world. On occasions he has been a guest speaker, moderator, presenter and performer.
Customer Service and satisfaction has played a pivotal role in his career dealing with young families, moving abroad for the first time, to Senior Executives of National and Multi-National corporations as they are relocated.
Having trained with the National Association of Toastmasters, his business experience and love of theatre enables Ted to bring all these skills to work for you as a Toastmaster, Master of Ceremonies, Compere or Speaker.
Already, he has officiated at Dinner Dances, a Spring Gala Ball for Barnardos and Weddings.
Ted will bring a calm, friendly and humorous touch whilst maintaining a guiding hand to ensure the success of your event whether in the UK or Overseas.
