Lead in		Announce guests
Speakers - precedence		Announce and lead in the top table guest
Tips for the speakers		Introduce speakers and toasts
Seating arrangements		Assist with Raffles and Auctions
Presentations		Liaise with Banqueting Managers and other parties to ensure the smooth running of your event
		Assist photographers and videographers
		Close the formal proceedings
		Be available to assist wherever needed and required
